In this sketch I was trying to learn how to draw perspective with elements which have different Vanishing points. All object do not share same vanishing points in this sketch, hence giving different depth realms at different place in the sketch !

Trying My hands on something traditional, just some random sketching with Arches as element of emphasis!

Hello friends I am posting after a long time on this blog. I was keeping busy for few weeks. Other day I was checking some examples of high rise structures and thought what all could be done to make a long pipe look interesting. I though Why not alter balconies which look flat from downside. Therefore I have tried little alterations on two faces to make it look interesting. This sketch took me only 4 minutes and this is the power of sketching !!

Hello friends this is sketch of blue mosque in Istanbul. When I saw its image on net I liked its composition a lot and decided to sketch it swiftly... Though there are little mistakes with perspective lines but this is what makes sketches different from a technical drawing. Those small people in foreground defines the grand scale of sketch...!

A magazine view of an entrance foyer grabbed my attention. So I decided to sketch it. The main interest and focus of this space is the balcony in the centre of atrium. I have used Copic markers to color this drawing. 

The above perspectives are examples of how one can visualise spaces while designing spaces in architectural design. All spaces above are double height spaces with some architectural elements contained within it. One point perspective technique is used to represent spaces above. All designers can sketch these spaces quickly if basic perspective techniques are known. These spaces are also quick tools to visualise characters of spaces.
